Cosmos In My Bath…Or Nah?

This bath bomb, this Intergalactic Bath bomb from Lush holds so many promises.

Just read the description from the Lush site.
“Ever wondered what bathing in deep space would be like? Invite the cosmos into your bathroom with this sexy, interstellar bomb and become the guardian of your own galaxy. An awesome mix of refreshing peppermint and neon colour sends your mood rocketing, while popping candy takes you on a trip around the Milky Way. Constellations swirl and pop, creating vibrant lustre vortexes in the night sky. Before you leap too far, rogue layers of vetivert and cedarwood take hold, evoking the warmth of human contact far from home and a hint of 80s aftershave. Return from your intergalactic brief encounter as the grounding scent brings you gently back from orbit.”

Who can resist that? I want to invite the cosmos into my bathroom and let rogue layers of vetiver and cedar wood take hold of me. And what about that refreshing mix of peppermint and popping candy? Yaaassss!!

I’m not sure about the 80s aftershave though…

I’m also not sure if I want to go through the trouble of wiping out the tub before bathing in deep space, because when was the last time I actually took a bath? And what kind of residue wilI I have to clean out after I’m done? They always show you the before and during….what does the after look like? O_o

I think I’ll save this particular bomb for another time and just take a shower tonight, instead.

It’s really pretty  and smells good too, though.

At some point, I will use it and I will let you know what I think. If you have had the pleasure of this particular intergalactic encounter, tell me about your experiences down in the comments.

Till next time,

Kisses and  other good stuff!!!

Mrs. K
